1. About ALA Renovations

ALA Renovations is a California licensed contractor (CSLB License #1137269) located at 910 S Glenoaks Blvd, Burbank, CA 91502. We provide solar installation, roofing, construction, and electrical services in Los Angeles and Southern California. You can verify our license with the Contractors State License Board at cslb.ca.gov.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By submitting a quote request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the property owner or are authorized by the owner to request information about work on the property.

3. Quotes, Estimates, and Contracts

Website content is informational. Service descriptions, photos, prices, promotions, timelines, and examples on the Website are for general information only and are not an offer to perform work.

Estimates are not binding. Any quote or estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change after a site inspection, roof or electrical evaluation, engineering review, HOA review, permitting, or utility requirements.

Written contract controls. All work is performed only under a separate signed written contract that meets California home improvement contract requirements, including any applicable right to cancel. If these Terms conflict with your signed contract, the signed contract controls for that project.

Promotions. Promotions and offers (for example, "$0 down") are subject to eligibility, credit approval where applicable, availability, and the specific terms stated in the offer and your contract. We may change or end promotions at any time.

Product warranties. Warranties for workmanship and equipment are provided only as stated in your contract and in the manufacturer's written warranty documents.

4. Solar Savings and Incentives

Any estimates of energy production, bill savings, payback period, or return on investment are projections, not guarantees. Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including your energy usage, weather, shading, roof orientation, equipment performance, utility rates, and utility rate structures and tariffs (such as net billing rules), which may change over time.

Tax credits, rebates, and incentives are set by federal, state, local, and utility programs, may change or expire, and depend on your individual circumstances. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Please consult a qualified tax professional about your eligibility. For solar projects, we provide the California Solar Consumer Protection Guide as required by California law.

5. Financing

ALA Renovations is not a lender. Financing, loans, and leases, if offered, are provided by independent third-party financing companies and are subject to their credit approval, terms, and conditions. Your financing agreement is between you and the financing provider. Rates, terms, and approval are determined by the provider and are not guaranteed by ALA Renovations.

6. Calls and Text Message Terms

By submitting a form on the Website and providing your phone number, you agree that ALA Renovations may contact you at that number by call, pre-recorded message, and text message about our products, services, appointments, and your project, including by automated technology. Your consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Program: ALA Renovations customer care and marketing messages (quotes, appointment reminders, project updates, and offers).

Frequency: message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month.

Costs: message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you change or give up the phone number you provided, please notify us so we do not contact the new owner of that number.

We handle telephone numbers and SMS consent records as described in our Privacy Policy, including its disclosures about advertising audience matching and its restrictions on sharing SMS subscription and consent records.

7. Information You Submit

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You may not submit information about another person without their permission. Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• submit false, misleading, or spam form entries, or impersonate another person;
• copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Website by automated means without our written permission;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Website, or introduce viruses or malicious code;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or our systems.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, photos of our projects, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by ALA Renovations or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Reviews and Submissions

If you send us reviews, testimonials, photos, comments, or suggestions, you grant ALA Renovations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display them in connection with our business and marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy. We will not publish photos of your home that identify your address, or your full name, without your permission. You confirm that you have the right to share anything you submit and that it is truthful.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may contain links to or content from third parties, such as financing companies, equipment manufacturers, review platforms, maps, and social media sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALA Renovations disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section does not limit any warranty provided in your signed contract or any warranty that cannot be excluded under California law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALA Renovations and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to work performed under a signed contract, which is governed by that contract, or to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALA Renovations and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or information you submit that is false or that you did not have the right to provide.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@alarenovations.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes about work performed under a signed contract are governed by the dispute resolution terms in that contract.

16. General Terms

Changes: we may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Entire agreement: these Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and ALA Renovations about the Website. Your signed contract governs any project we perform.

Accessibility: if you have difficulty using any part of the Website, contact us and we will provide the information in another way.
