By checking the box below, all Applicants individually agree to the electronic signature and communication consent below and also indicate that you have read, consent to, and affix your electronic signature to the following information:

Authorization to Obtain Credit Report. You authorize Palmetto Solar, LLC, DBA LightReach ("Palmetto"), to obtain a credit report.

Property. You confirm that you, your co-applicant, or both, own or co-own the subject property and have the authority or have secured the necessary authority to have a solar system installed thereon. You verify that the subject property where the project is being installed is not a manufactured home, townhome, commercial property, or multi-family dwelling with more than 4 units.

Co-Applicant. You verify that (i) you, any co-applicant, or both, are the current legal owner of the property or control the trust that is the legal owner of the property and (ii) that any applicants or co-applicants who are not current legal owners or who do not control the trust that is the legal owner of the property have a legal relationship such as a spouse or domestic partner to the current legal owner or person who controls the trust that is the legal owner of the property. By clicking the box below, all Applicants individually authorize Palmetto Solar, LLC to obtain a credit report from one or more consumer credit reporting agencies.
